永远不要忽视身体的感觉
I had a neighbor who was healthy, active and lively. One night, she experienced stomach ache and the next day, she was dead.
我有一个邻居很健康、积极、精力充沛。一天晚上她胃痛，第二天就去世了。
Turns out, her gallbladder exploded and poisoned her whole body.
结果发现她胆囊破裂，导致全身中毒。
Imagine that. As small matter as stomach ache turned out to be something big that even caused fatality. So never ignore what your body feels. It’s better to spend money on hospital bills than to spend money for funeral.
想象一下，小到胃痛都能严重到使人毙命。所以永远不要忽视身体的感觉，花点钱看病要好过把钱花在葬礼上。
Never ignore energy.
永远不要忽视能量。
Energy never lies.
能量从不说谎。
I came across that quote a year and a half ago and my life has never been the same since.
1年半以前我偶然看到这句话，生活便从此不同。
I used to find that after interacting with certain people or doing certain things I always ended up feeling so enthusiastic and positive. Then after interacting with some other people or partaking in other activities, I’d end up feeling miserable and dejected. I couldn’t figure out why.
我过去发现接触了某些人或做了某些事之后我总是感觉很有热情很积极，而接触了其他人或做其他事情之后就会感觉很痛苦很沮丧。我也不清楚是怎么回事。
Then I came across this quote. It forced me to do an audit of my life and what was going on in it.
后来我看到了这句话。它让我重新审视了自己的生活和生活中的事。
I found out that all the situations that always left me with a positive vibe were the things/people that were really good for me in the long run and were involved in my spiritual, physical, emotional or professional growth (even though at that exact moment they might have been challenging me). I also figured out that most of the times I made really bad decisions which I ended up regretting were preceded by moments of bad energy that I ignored.
我发现所有那些让我心态积极的情况都是从长远角度看真的对我有益的事或人，而且渗透到我的精神、身体、情感或职业的成长中（即使当时对我来说可能颇有挑战）。我也发现大多数时候我忽视的负能量导致我做了一些最终后悔的愚蠢决定。
So from then on, whenever I’m in a situation where I’m unsure of myself, I always take a step back and try to consciously recognise what sort of energy is floating around that situation.
所以从那以后无论何时我所处的环境使我不自信时，我都会退一步，有意识地去分辨这种情况下我周围充满的是正能量还是负能量。
