Job Description:
Frontline sales and marketing position, counseling students interested in studying Chinese with Miracle Mandarin.
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to work with student recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of sales, marketing and customer service functions. Key job responsibilities will include:
1. Meeting weekly/monthly enrolment goals en route to achieving annual targets
2. Managing enquiries and CRM activities to generate office visits attend business meetings, network events and one-to-one counseling appointments
3. Providing pre- and post-sales customer service to students
4. Coordinating and executing assigned sales activities
5. Analyzing market potential and tracking competition
6. Structure and plan campus operations in cooperation with teaching director.
Requirements
1. Creative, lively and dynamic, with flexible and detail-oriented work style
2. Willingness to take initiative, while working in a team environment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Basic business understanding with the ability to operationalize
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English; Chinese and local dialect an advantage
