 
In December, our main activity was our Christmas Party. Most of our students attended and had a lot of fun. It was a great night to meet new people, play games, and share food from all over the world. Christmas music, our team version of Cluedo in Mandarin and gift-giving made a real Christmas atmosphere. What a nice evening to learn Chinese with friends. The best part of that night: Santa!!!!
 
Our second event of December was the Hot Pot Night. We went to Haidilao which is a famous hot pot restaurant near the school. We shared Hot Pot and chatted in Chinese. It was a great moment where we all talked about our different cultures, our own countries, families, etc. We got to know each other better: teachers, students, student’s friends and staff.
 
This month we also began to sponsor Mr & Mrs Bund’s Bingo Night. Every month this French restaurant on the Bund organizes a Bingo night where you can win wonderful prizes. Two lucky winners went home with a 500 RMB voucher each. If you like to play, eat great food and want to win a Miracle Mandarin voucher, go to the next Bingo Night! Good luck!

On January 15th, we will be very happy to invite you to our cooking class. Let’s make dumplings together and listen to Tian Laoshi who will talk about traditional customs of Spring Festival. This is a great opportunity to learn Chinese and meet new people while learning something new.
