What are the key steps to keep staying young?
Can you guess the age of this Singaporean man? (Answer is at the end of the answer.) Looking at him, most of us would think that he is around 25 years old, right? He is in excellent shape and has the face of an 18 year old.
When asked how he can still be in such amazing shape and what are the things he needs to do daily to stay young he shared his secrets:
1.“Good diet that involves eating a chicken breast every day.”
2.“Regular workouts (we’re talking four times a week).”
3.“No late nights.”
4.“He also avoids taking a shower early in the morning or late at night.”

He just turned 50.
No, I am not kidding!
Here are some practical things which work for me.
Daily. Apply liberally. Right after moisturiser.
Apply before going to bed and first thing in the morning (right after shower).
Not in gallons but in moderate amounts.
●have good friends
At least one – but a really good one. Spend time with them. Laugh with them. Support one another
This one is a personal choice.
●keep your mind alive
This is where having a child definitely helps: kids ask all kinds of questions.
Even simple walking will do.
Calling a handyman is easy, yet sometimes it makes sense to learn how to do things on your own around the house.
