Some people find it easy to make a study plan, and some find it difficult. If you want to learn English well and learn English in a short period of time, say three months, how should you make a specific study plan? The challenge is meant to improve all areas of learning a language, like grammar, reading, writing, and listening. Some ideas I”ve been using myself and others I found from other people.
To learn a language, the most challenging thing is how to learn from multiple aspects (listening, speaking, reading, writing) simultaneously. The following points are partly based on your own learning experience, and some are learned from others .

Create a limit of how many words you want to learn in a day/week/month/these 3 months
Quantify the vocabulary you need to learn in three months, and refine it to days/weeks/months
Log how much you learned each day/week/month

Create a list of all the words so you can quiz yourself at the end of each day/week/month/these 3 months
List all the learned vocabulary and test your mastery on a regular basis every day/week/month

Try to listen to an entire show/movie/song without subtitles.

Quantify the content and time of listening within three months, and refine it to days/weeks/months
Set a goal to watch/listen to a certain amount of shows/movies/songs.

Try to speak for at least 1 hour in your target language.

Then increase the hour. Maybe 2 maybe 5. Maybe a whole day.
Then increase the practice time. It can be 2 hours or 5 hours. It can even be a whole day.
You can make a video of yourself speaking about a topic. At the end of the three months you can watch it again and judge yourself.
discuss a topic in English and record it with a tape recorder. After three months, you will listen to your own recordings and analyze the deficiencies.
