When learning Chinese characters, I found some students remember very well. Because they think that Chinese characters likes painting. How vivid it is! For example, the character of “英”, every time the students see the word, he will blurt out: “bridge”, and then say it is Chinese character “yīng”. And the character of “爸”, like a father catching his child on his shoulder. Moreover, each time as the student see the character of “来”, he will do gesture at the same time, and then quickly recognize this is “lái”! In our mind, the character is very square and upright. But for foreign students, it’s totally different. Sometimes I ask students the memory method of Chinese character, to understand from their point of view, may also make some resonance with other students, and thus will be more vivid, to help students remember Chinese characters well!
