About Visa
1. Will I need a Visa to study in China?
As long as you hold a legal visa, not necessarily student visa, you can study in China within the valid period of your visa.
2. How long does it take to get a Visa?
It's 3 to 4 weeks from enrollment to get the visa done. Visa processing times can vary from country to country, so you should allow adequate time to obtain your China Visa. Please check with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate nearest you.
3. What if I don't get my visa in time for the program for which I've applied?
If you do not receive your Visa in time for the program for which you are enrolled, you may change to another Chinese Language program (ONE TIME ONLY) provided you give Miracle Mandarin one month's written notice. Please note that the application fee and the program deposit are non-refundable. In case of visa refusal , please see refund policy below.

4. What are Miracle Mandarin teachers' qualifications?
Miracle Mandarin teachers are all university graduates and degree holders in Chinese and teaching Chinese as a second language. Most of the staff hold master degree in TCSL which are required by China National Educational Department. And every teacher is properly trained with Miracle Mandarin method of teaching Chinese as a second language.
5. What is Miracle Mandarin teaching method?
Miracle Mandarin employs unique teaching method to enable students to learn Chinese faster and systematically. Our classes do not use English or another intermediary language since the students are from different nationalities and speak different native languages. Total immersion in a Chinese learning environment helps every student learn fast. Plenty of pictures, games, role plays and presentations are used in the classroom to make the learning experience natural and comfortable, repetition is unconsciously done. 6. What's the difference between Miracle Mandarin language school and other language schools?

7. What is the difference between semester course and short term course?
Every month there is a 13 week beginner Chinese course. Students need to enroll in a semester program 4 weeks before starting date. Short term crash course means 4 weeks to 8 weeks course.
Every month there is a beginner Chinese course starting for 13 weeks. any beginners can join a class on any Monday after level assessment as long as there is a place available in the class of appropriate level.
8. If I miss some lessons, could I have make-up class?
Yes, you can notice the course consultant in advance to get private make up lessons for the content you missed to catch up the class, with some extra fees for the private hours.
9. I have applied to Miracle Mandarin using the online application, does it means I already registered? If not then what should I do?
- 1) We'll send you the course info with payment detail after we receive your online inquiry.
- 2) You need to confirm the course by finnishing the payment.
- 3) When in school, you need to fill in a registration form with a picture of yours to complete the enrollment.
10. If I take intensive course, when can I pass HSK 6?
For a total beginner, it takes 2 years study to reach new HSK test level 6.
11. I want to take 4 weeks intensive course, but the second week I can not make the class, so what we can do for the missing hours?
If you notice the school before the course starts regarding which days you are absent, our course consultant can help to arrange a tutor to help you to catch up. The course can't be extended.

About enrollment and payment
12. Enrollment Procedure
- Step1: Inquiry of the course info by email, stating your planned study period, learning goal, Chinese learning background.
- Step2: Get confirmation about the class availability, course info & payment detail;
- Step3: Submit the Application Form and a copy of a valid passport of the applicant; come to school to register. (If you are abroad and can enter China with a tourist visa, you can save this step and jump to step 4)
- Step4: Pay the tuition for the course you enroll for and other fees (include registration fee, book fee, accommodation fee or visa fee);
- Step5: Get an admission letter and a schedule of the courses;
- Step6: If you need visa support from the school, you need do the enrollment 4 weeks before class starts and fill in a form for visa or living permit application. For getting visa papers from the school, the full tuition and fees must be paid to the school minimum 4 weeks before the course starts.

13. How to pay?
Full payment must be received by the school upon your registration. Students pay by the following 3 ways:
- 1)Payment by cash (RMB only)
- 2)Payment by credit card (3% extra will be charged for foreign credit card and 1% extra for Chinese credit card). Visa card and master card are acceptable.
- 3)Payment via bank transfer to the school bank account, foreign currencies accepted including USD, Euros, UK Pounds, Japanese Yen, etc.
