Robert: I like the school very much. Nakamura Junko: The class was lively, and the atmosphere was good, and teachers tried their best to teach us. Alex: I think it’s very good. I like it very much because I like to study in a group. I like my teacher very much because the group is small and we can chat a lot. I think it’s very good. Kellie: I have been in Shanghai for about a little bit over 6 months. We studied about 2 weeks after we came here. It’s been tremendous. I mean we started not knowing anything like “nihao”, “zaijian”, absolutely beginner, barely can count past 5. And now we can handle almost every situation come across in Shanghai. And when we travel, we can communicate with some locals and arrange stuffs. We don’t have to take tourism any more because we can communicate a level enough to travel. Celine: I am very pleased with the course. When I came, I only knew few words and now I feel that I can understand. I can go buy in the streets. I am very pleased I learned a lot. I think the fact that we have two different teachers is very good. Because then we can hear two different ways of saying the things. And then one was concentrated on grammar and the other one was more like on conversation and oral Chinese. So I thought this was really, really good. And the small groups is very good as well because there is only three or four people in our class which gives us chance to practise a lot.
